My son is visiting from college, so things have been a little off in terms of workouts. I did manage the following in addition to the Monday ones:
Tuesday: 5,000 @ 20 in heart rate zone 2 and 3,000 @ in heart rate zone 3 (according to the erg).
Wednesday was supposed to be a rest day but we went skiing all day, so Thursday became the rest day.
Friday: 5,000 @ 20 in heart rate zone 2
Saturday: did the Friday pm workout and might do the strength tomorrow instead. 8 x 3 minutes starting at 2k+10 and become faster. That one is shown below. Really enjoyed this.
Next week will likely be skiing Wednesday through Friday, so not sure how much rowing I will get in.
